A growing freight operator out of Tema was losing days, and cash, between delivering a load and billing for it. Trip sheets lived in one system, proof-of-delivery in another and invoicing in a spreadsheet, so every invoice meant re-keying the same job three times.
We mapped the real dispatch-to-cash process, then connected the systems they already used into a single automated flow. When a delivery is confirmed, the job, its documents and the rate come together, and an invoice is raised and sent the same day, with approvals and exceptions routed to the right person.
Invoice turnaround went from around six days to same-day, the re-keying disappeared, and the team got a clean, auditable trail from dispatch to payment.
